The £19.99 entry is a fitted bedsheet, not a duvet cover set. Character World lists it as soft polycotton with an elastic edge, designed for double beds, so it goes under the sleeper rather than over them. Useful if you want the sheet beneath to match, but on its own it will not cover a duvet. If a cover is what brought you here, your choice is between the other three.

Set those three titles side by side and they say close to the same thing: officially licensed double duvet cover set, reversible, two sided, matching pillow cases, made for a child's bedroom. The artwork and the price are what separate them. Derpy Demons is the blue one at £34.99, Signatures is pink and purple, and Replay is the dearest at £49.99 without a word in its title explaining what the extra money buys.
